摘　　要：目的:探讨中老年人患代谢综合征(MS)对脑出血病情的影响。方法:499例初发脑出血患者,根据是否患MS分为MS组232例和对照组267例,对其脑出血病情和MS代谢紊乱进行相关性分析。结果:MS与脑出血病情显著相关(P<0.01)。结论:MS对脑出血病情有影响,相关影响因素依次为:高血压、糖尿病、肥胖、低高密度脂蛋白血症、高甘油三酯血症。随着代谢紊乱指标的增加,脑出血的病情越重。Objective： To observe the effect of metabolic syndrome （MS） on intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods： Four hundred and ninety-nine patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were classified into MS group （232 subjects） and non-MS group （267 subjects）, The correlation of the patients＇ condition with MS was analyzed. Results： The MS significantly influenced the severity of intracerebral hemorrhage （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： MS may influence the severity of intracerebral hemorrhage. The interrelated influence factors follow the following order： hypertension, diabetes, obesity, low HDL and high TG. With the accumulated factors, the severity of the cerebral hemorrhage may be more serious.
