摘　　要：供应链管理是一种先进的管理思想。在军队采购制度改革的新形势下,我军后勤管理领域应借鉴供应链管理的先进思想和理念,积极协调各部门,改进业务流程,以提高军用物质的保障效益。本文在分析供应链管理内涵及在我军后勤管理领域应用供应链管理的必要性基础上,提出了基于供应链管理的军队后勤管理对策及建议。The supply chain management is one Kind of advanced management thought. In under the army purchase system reform new situation, our army rear service management domain should profit from the advanced thought and the idea which the supply chain manages, positively coordinates various departments, the improvement service flow, enhances military material the safeguard benefit. This article in the analysis supply chain management connotation and in our army rear service management domain in the necessary foundation which manages using the supply chain, proposed based on supplies the army rear service management countermeasure and the suggestion which the chain manages.
