摘 要:从反应器理论上对现有高效厌氧反应器流动状态进行研究和分析,认为化工过程理论提出的膨胀床和流化床之间实际上还存在着一个过渡区。经过对反应器过渡区流动状态细致研究,提出悬浮床反应器的概念。重点讨论厌氧悬浮床反应器理论,并通过上流式厌氧污泥床运行模式的实际反应器运行分析,从试验角度证实厌氧悬浮床反应器流动状态的优越性。In this study, flow pattern of high rate anaerobic reactor was studied and a conclusion has been proposed that there was a transition zone between the expanded bed reactor and the fluidized bed reactor. While in this research, the concept of suspended bed reactor was developed based on a detailed study of the flow pattern in the transition zone, Flow pattern theory of anaerobic suspended bed reactor was intensively discussed and the advantages of flow pattern of anaerobic suspended bed reactor were proved by the analysis of reactor operation with UASB Pattern.
