摘　　要：国内商标官司纷起,国外争端代价巨大,提高知识产权意识迫在眉睫、时不我待,知识产权是二十一世纪经济活动的主题。It was extremely urgent to improve the protection consciousness of intellectual property due to domestic numerous lawsuit of trademark and the enormous expenses of foreign dispute. The intellectual property was also the theme of economic activity in the twenty-first century.
