摘  要:目的研究急性脑梗死患者发病后自身干细胞(外周血CD34+细胞)及其相关的粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)水平变化。方法采用对照研究,用流式细胞仪检测健康对照组和急性脑梗死组发病后第1天和第7天中造血干细胞(外周血CD34+细胞),同时用ELISA法检测内源性G-CSF的水平变化。结果急性脑梗死后的第1天和第7天,患者体内外周血CD34+细胞和内源性G-CSF的水平有不同程度的升高,并且患者中外周血CD34+细胞与血清内源性G-CSF水平升高存在正相关(r=0.320)。结论急性脑梗死早期,患者体内外周血CD34+细胞水平和内源性G-CSF水平均升高,并且存在正相关。Objective To probe into the changes of serum hematopoietic stem cell and endogenous G-CSF levels and there relationship in the patient of the acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods By a case-control method, the percentage of circulating hematopoietic stem/the CD34^+ cells in leukocyte fractions were determined by FACS, the endogenous G-CSF was detected by ELISA between the health individual controls and ACI group. Results The CD34^+ cells in leukocyte fractions and endogenous G-CSF in ACI group increased at different degree at the I st and 7th day after ACI, presenting positive rectilinear correlation (r = 0. 320). Conclusions The CD34^+ cells in leukocyte fractions and endogenous G-CSF in the early after ACI increase, having positive rectilinear correlation.
