摘 要:目的研究低氧训练对脑缺血引起认知功能损害的保护作用。方法动物经过10min低氧训练5d后,脑缺血20min。通过8-臂迷宫观察低氧训练对缺血20min引起认知功能损害的影响,并通过尼氏染色和免疫组织化学观察其对海马区损伤的影响。结果低氧训练可明显减轻缺血引起的认知功能损害,并抑制缺血后海马区中间神经细胞的减少。结论低氧训练可明显减轻短暂脑缺血引起认知功能损害,对缺血性海马损伤有保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of hypoxic pretraining against neurocognitive dysfunction by cerebral ischemia. Methods Animals were given 10min hypoxie training for 5 days,and then 20min cerebral ischemia. Cognitive function was evaluated with 8-arm radial maze, and hippocampal injury was investigated by Nissle's staining and immunohistochemical methods. Results Hypoxic pretraining decreased cognitive dysfunction caused by cerebral ischemia significantly,and attenuated the decrease of interneurons in hippocampus after ischemia. Conclusion Hypoxic pretraining may protect hippocampus against ischemia and alleviate ischemic cognitive dysfunction.
