摘  要:本文收集了部分护理专业及相关专业在校学生的高考志愿,高考成绩,在校学习成绩及部分护理专业毕业的分配去向,进行了高考志愿符合率,高考成绩与在校学习成绩的相关性,护理专业与相近专业学生学习成绩的比较,分配去向统计等方面的分析,认为:护理专业学生专业思想基础较差,录取分数较低。但通过系统培养,成绩提高较快,受到用人单位欢迎,建议进一步明确培养目标,建立科学的课程体系,保证必要的培养周期和宽厚的知识基础。In this paper, the authors collect some data about students of nursing subject and other relevant subjects, including their results and wishes of the national college entrance examination, results of examinations in college and whereabouts after graduating. The authors analyse conform rate of subject and wish, relevant of results of the national college entrance examinati0n and those of examination during learning in colleges, results of nursing subject students and those of other subject students,and students' whereabouts. The results shows that nursing subject students are worse than other subject students in professional thoughts and results of the national college entrance examination. But through systematic fostering, nursing subject students raise more quickly and are welcome when then graduate. The authors suggest that we should make the training goal definite further, set up scientific curriculum system and guarantee necessary training period and extensive knowlege bases.
