摘 要:根据刺激-反射-适应的生理规律,运动作为一种应激源,必然对机体产生一系列功能变化。规律性运动提高静息代谢率,改变神经内分泌功能,使机体在非运动状态下产生较大的能量消耗,防止脂肪堆积,才能真正实现运动减肥。而基础代谢率的高低,主要表现在肌肉组织和脂肪组织对体内能量的竞争,以及神经内分泌的调节。因此,规律性运动所产生的肌肉组织和神经内分泌的适应性功能变化,以及显著的运动后效应,才是运动减肥的机制所在。本文阐述了规律性运动的减肥机制,以期为运动减肥提供理论借鉴。According to the stimulation -reflection -fitting in with physiology law, motion responds to the exciting source as one kind which produces a series of function changing surely to airframe. That regularity motion can improve tranquillization supersession rate, change the nerve endocrine function, make airframe produce bigger energy consumption, so that it can prevent the fat congeries, have the ability of reducing weight. But, the basic metabolism high or low mainly shows competition which is between myoideum and adipose tissue in energy. Therefore, myoideum and adaptability of nerve endocrine function change produced by regularity motion, is really moving the mechanism location reducing weight.This paper explains the weight loss mechanism of regular exercise. The main purpose is to provide the theoretical reference for exercise weight loss.
