实验性肿瘤血管阻断治疗对微循环的影响

摘　　要：利用酒精的脱水作用破坏肿瘤的血管和肿瘤细胞，从而达到治疗肿瘤的目的。结果提示无水酒精阻断肿瘤血管可以有效地抑制和治疗肿瘤。无水酒精注射部位表现为肿瘤坏死区，其微循环出现改变：坏死区中央为悬浮状、稀疏、紊乱的小血管，经狭窄的血管与坏死区周边血管相连，新生毛细血管几乎消失，坏死区周边毛细血管呈锥形，走向坏死区。肿瘤表面温度持续不变。ln this study 99.73% dehydrated alcohol was used to treat the model tumors of Syrian hamster buccal check pouch. The mechanism is that the dehydration of alcohol made the tumor cell and vessel cell check to necrosis anl therapied the tumor, The result showed that the volume of the therapic tumor was all reduced, the vasculars of the healed tumor wer the enlarged circular capillary net, the vasculars of the unhealed tumor were familiar with the paplloma. This study revealed that the dehydratioh alcohol to treat tumors hod sufficient effect.
