摘  要:本文探讨以下两个方面的问题,一是整体上的单位制解体之后,当前得到迅速发展的限制介入性大型国有企业的新单位制特征;二是怎样认识推动社会分化的集团性因素及其对中国社会结构的影响。本文认为,对体制内分化的解释应遵循传统体制的社会机制的分析逻辑;在两种社会分化机制大规模并存的条件下,阶层一体化是不可能的。In this paper,the author takes the large state-owned enterprise with restricted incorporation(LSOERI)as the research object to discuss two issues.One is about some new work-unit system characteristics of LSOERI,which is developing rapidly after the old work-unit system as a whole has been disintegrated,and the other is how to understand the factors of social group that promote the social division and impact on social structure.The authors hold that the differentiation of the system should not be explained by the logic analysis of market mechanisms,but by the social logic of traditional mechanisms.It is impossible for the class integration under the condition of large-scale coexistence of two social differentiation mechanisms.
