助视器在儿童低视力患者中的应用

摘　　要：报告了３１例低视力儿童配戴助视器的临床观察。其中２４例患儿配远用助视器获得成功，成功率为７７．４２％，远视力达０．３～０．８；根据需要，其中１５例配近用助视器，１０例获得成功，成功率为６６．６７％，近视力可提高到０．５～１．０。通过使用助视器，使低视力儿童能够充分利用其残余视力以帮助其学习和生活。This paper reported the clinical study of 31 cases of low vision’s children. 24 cases were fitted with telescopic magnifiers with successful rate 77 42%, their distant vision improved to 0 3 or over, while the best was 0 8; By needs, 15 cases needs to be worn spectacle magnifiers, 10 cases is successful, near vision improved 0 5 or over. In case of the utilization of the optical aids, the low vision’s children could use their remained vision helping their study and life.
