摘　　要：作为资源开采型企业,矿山企业在推进供应链管理的过程中会遇到很多问题。在对我国矿山企业供应链管理现状和阻碍因素分析的基础上,提出了我国矿山企业实施供应链管理的对策。As the resource-exploited enterprises, in the application of the supply chain management process, the mining enterprise will encounter many problems from all sides. On the basis of analyzing the status of the SCM and the hindering factors of the China＇s mining enterprises, the countermeasures of the implementation of the SCM for the mining enterprises in China are proposed.
