摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺脂肪瘤的X线诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析30例经手术病理证实的乳腺脂肪瘤的X线表现。结果:不均匀低密度块影13例,均匀低密度块影9例,稍高密度影8例。单发乳腺脂肪瘤29例,多发乳腺脂肪瘤1例。结论:X线对乳腺脂肪瘤的诊断具有重要价值。Purpose： To investigate the diagnostic value of lipoma in the breast by mastography. Materials and Methods： The X-ray features of surgery and pathology proved lipoma in the breast in 30 patients were reviewed retrospectively. Results： 13 eases of non - uniform low density block shade, 9 cases of even low density block shade, 8 eases of slightly high density shade. 29 eases were signle shot lipoma in the breast, 1 case was more shots lipoma in the breast. Conclusion： The mammography is valuable for the diagnosis of lipoma in the breast.
