摘  要:目的探讨增生结节与肝细胞癌发生的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,分别检测70例肝细胞癌及癌周组织中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达,以及77例肝细胞癌和癌周组织中胎盘型谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTπ)的表达。结果PCNA和GSTπ在肝细胞癌中的阳性表达率显著高于癌周组织,且PCNA与肝细胞癌Edmondson分级密切相关;癌周组织中,增生结节PCNA和GSTπ阳性表达显著高于肝硬变及正常组织。结论GSTπ可作为肝细胞癌前病变的标志酶;增生结节可能为肝细胞癌的癌前病变。PURPOSE To study the relationship between hyperplasia nodule and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) by detecting the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and placental form of glutathion S transferase(GSTπ) in HCC and its pericancerous tissues. METHODS PCNA expression in 70 cases of HCC and GSTπ expression in 77 cases of HCC and their pericancerous tissues were examined with LSAB immunohisto chemical technique. RESULTS Positive expression of PCNA and GSTπ in HCC were significantly higher than in the pericancerous tissues. PCNA expression was related to Edmondson grade HCC. In pericancerous tissues, expression of PCNA and GSTπ in hyperplasia nodules were also higher than in liver cirrhosis and normal tissues. CONCLUSIONS GSTπ is a new marker for HCC and its perineoplastic lesions; hyperplasia nodules may be preneoplastic lesions of HCC.
