摘  要:主要介绍了通过上位机、可编程控制器、变频器调速系统控制双边直线磨边机开合位置控制的设计方案及特点,并对控制系统位置环、速度环的实现位置控制进行全面的讨论,给出了系统控制数学模型及控制方法,从而实现磨边机开合位置的高精度控制。开合范围控制在400~3600 mm之间,误差小于±0.5 mm,完全满足实际加工的精度要求。Discusses the conceptual design and characteristics of a PLC-based variable-frequency speed regulation system with upper monitor, which was developed to control the opening/closing position of the edger for both parallel sides of rectangular coated plate glasses, as well as its opening/closing position and speed control loops. The mathematical model of control system and the way to implement the position control are described, by which the high-precision control of opening/ closing position on the edger was proved available in the range from 400 to 3600ram with an accuracy ±0.5mm, thus meeting fully the processing requirements.
