仁术健胃颗粒对胃癌前病变患者胃黏膜癌胚抗原、环氧合酶2的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨仁术健脾颗粒治疗胃癌前病变(PLGC)的疗效和作用机理。方法将58例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化和(或)异型增生患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各29例,治疗组给予仁术健胃颗粒,对照组给予胃复春片治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后胃黏膜癌胚抗原(CEA)、环氧合酶2(COX-2)的阳性细胞数。结果两组患者胃黏膜CEA、COX-2的阳性细胞积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但治疗后两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论仁术健胃颗粒能显著改善PLGC患者胃黏膜CEA、COX-2的水平。Objective To explore the effect of Renzhu Jianwei Granules（Granule of Semen Coicis and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae for strengthening the stomach） on the patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer （PLGC） and its mechanism. Methods The 58 patients of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） complicated with intestinal metaplasia （IM） and/or dysplasia （Dys） were randomized into treatment group and control group with 29 in each. The treatment group was administered Renzhu Jianwei Granules while the control group was given Weifuchun Tablets. The numbers of positive ceils of carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA） and eyclooxygenase 2 （COX-2） of gastric mucosa before and after treatment were observed. Results The scores of positive cells of CEA and COX-2 of gastric mucosa of both groups were greatly reduced after treatment （P〈0.05）, but the difference between the two groups was not significant（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Renzhu Jianwei Granules can reduce CEA and COX-2 of PLGC patients, possibly being one of the mechanisms in treating PLGC.
