摘  要:以某齿轮传动转子系统为研究对象,采用动态子结构法对其进行了动力学建模,对系统划分后的各子结构应用有限元法分别进行动力学分析。数值分析结果表明,耦合转子系统的临界转速包括与单转子非常接近的临界转速和耦合形成的新临界转速,而模态除了单转子模态和以某一单转子为主的耦合模态外,还派生出新的耦合模态。算例结果还说明动态子结构法和有限元法相结合提高了计算效率,计算结果精度也较高,尤其适用于复杂结构的前几阶振动模态分析。Taking certain rotor system of gear transmission as the target of study, the dynamics modeling was carried out by adopting the dynamic sub-structure method. Dynamics analysis was carried out on each sub-structure respectively after a partition of the system by the use of finite element method. The result of numerical analysis indicated that the critical rotation speed of the coupled rotor system includes a critical rotation speed very close with the single rotor and a new critical speed engendered by coupling, and yet besides single rotor modality and the coupled modality that gives priority to a certain single rotor the modality also derived new coupled modality. The result of calculative example also explained that the combination of dynamic sub-structure method and finite element method enhanced the calculation efficiency and also with a rather high accuracy on the calculative result and is especially suitable for the application on the analysis of prior several ordered vibration modality.
