摘  要:从强度安全性的角度出发,综合运用概率密度函数联合积分法与功能密度函数积分法,整理并推导了整体法兰的非保守模糊可靠度计算公式,即应力、强度及构件的几何尺寸等参数都为正态分布,隶属度函数为k次抛物线分布时的模糊可靠度计算公式;通过VB编程实现整体法兰非保守模糊可靠度设计的数值解计算,根据输入的原始数据、原函数与积分区间的特点进行积分变换,然后利用中点公式积分法与龙贝格求积法进行积分计算。该程序可直接应用于设计计算中,以提高整体法兰的设计水平。Start from the angle of safety-ness of strength and applying synthetically the united integral method of probability density function and the integral method of functional density function, the nonconservative fuzzy reliability computation formula of integral flange was sorted out and derived. That is namely the parameters of stress, strength and geometric dimensions of component parts etc. all are statistics normal distribution and the fuzzy reliability compu- tation formula when the subordinative-degree function is of k ordered parabolic distribution. The calculation of numerical value solution for the nonconservative fuzzy reliability design of the integral flange was achieved by means of VB programming. In accordance with the inputted initiative data and the characteristics of original function and integral route section to carrying out integral transformation and then carrying out integral calculation by the use of integral method of midpoint formula and Romberg method of integration. This program can be applied directly in the calculation of design so as to enhance the designing level of integral flange.
