摘　　要：在肿瘤-宿主界面微环境中的成纤维细胞和内皮细胞具有独特的生物学特性和功能,二者通过直接接触和细胞间生物信号交流产生复杂的交互作用,在肿瘤微血管的形成和发展、肿瘤生长、侵袭等过程中扮演重要角色。对二者交互作用的研究为探索肿瘤防治新靶标提供了理论依据。本文对肿瘤相关成纤维细胞与内皮细胞交互作用的研究进展进行综述。Tumor-associated fibroblasts and vascular endothelial cells, growth, angingenesis and migration, have complicated interactions through in the tumor-host interface microenvironment.
