摘 要:牙体或牙列缺损修复前后咬合力的减弱、恢复或增强以及正畸治疗中矫治力的作用均可诱导牙周组织改建。机械应力作用下牙周组织改建的机制尚不清楚,故选择合适的动物建立动物模型或体外力学模型以模拟体内机械力作用的情况,具有重要意义。笔者就机械应力作用下牙周组织改建研究的相关模型作一综述。Occlusal force would change after rehabilitation of teeth or dentition defect compared with the onganal state. And this may induce remodeling changes in paradental tissues, as well as the orthodontic force. Since the remodeling mechanism of paradental tissues to mechanical stress hasn't been clarified, it's significative to establish animal model or in vitro model to simulate the mechanical state in vivo. This review aims to state the correlative models for remodeling mechanism research of paradental tissues to mechanical stress.
