热疗与肿瘤局部淋巴结转移关系的研究进展

摘　　要：随着淋巴管特异性因子血管内皮生长因子-C的发现,学者们相继发现了多种促进肿瘤局部淋巴结转移的因子。近年来,虽然热疗与肿瘤转移关系的研究主要还是停留在临床方面,但是随着基础研究的深入,学者们发现,热疗能抑制促进肿瘤局部淋巴结转移因子的生成。本文就促进肿瘤局部淋巴结转移的相关因子及其与热疗关系的研究进展作一综述。Vascular endothelial growth factor-C is the special eytokines found involving in the lymphatic metastasis. And many others are following proved to promote local lymphatic metastasis. The mechanism of contribution of thermotherapy to lymphatic metastasis is still remaining unclear, and mostly focused on clinic. Recently, it is found that thermotherapy can inhibit the expression of cytokines which promote lymphatic metastasis. The relationship between thermotherapy and cytokines which were thought to promote lymphatic metastasis was reviewed.
