摘　　要：通过借鉴传统环境下参考咨询服务评价的理论,对网络环境下的参考咨询评价的指标体系、评价方法作了初步探索。Based on the new characteristics of the library reference service in the network environment and referring to the traditional reference theory, the paper made a preparatory study on the library reference service in the network environment.
