摘 要:首先引入模糊Petri网的结构和定义,分析了8K电力机车逻辑控制单元(LCU)发生故障的主要原因,总结了3种常见故障;针对LCU故障并发的特点,建立了模糊产生式规则与Petri网推理技术相结合的常开触点和常闭触点两个故障诊断模型,利用其具有较好的并行处理能力及容错性,实现了对8K电力机车LCU的模糊故障的推理;结果表明该模型具有快捷、准确的特点,展现出较强的实用性;8K电力机车LCU的故障综合测试系统已在湖东电力机务段投入使用,提高了工作效率,保证了8K电力机车的安全运行。The structure and definition of Fuzzy Petri Net (FPN) are introduced, the main reasons of the Logical Control Unit (LCU) faults are analyzed, and sum up three frequent faults. In response to the features of LCU faults concurrence for 8K Electric Locomotive, build two fault diagnosis modeles of normally open contact and normally closed contact, which is combined fuzzy generating rule with reasoning technique of Petri net. They are characterized by their parallel processing and fault tolerance, and achieve the reasoning of fuzzy fault about the LCU of 8K electric locomotives. The results indicate that the model has characteristics of quick, accurate and practical. The LCU of 8K electric locomotives test system has been put into use in locomotive depot of Hudong, and has improved the work efficiency of staff, in the mean while has guaranteed the safety operation of 8K electric locomotives.
