摘  要:电力系统的运行工况复杂,要得到系统和干扰的精确数学模型几乎是不可能的。介绍了H∞鲁棒控制器理论的基本原理,并运用混合灵敏度的方法设计了APF的H∞鲁棒控制器,能将电力系统的建模误差、参数不确定性和干扰不确定性等因素计入设计方案之中,因而能使控制系统具有很好的鲁棒性。采用混合灵敏度的方法设计H∞鲁棒控制器,在进行合理的降阶后利用Matlab软件进行仿真,结果表明:APF的H∞控制具有较好的动态品质,并使系统具有较强的鲁棒性。自动控制系统最重要的特性莫过于它的稳定性,在稳定的基础上,再追求系统满足一定的性能要求,这样的控制系统才具有实际应用价值。因此,保证闭环控制系统的稳定性,这是控制器设计所必须满足的基本要求。利用Matlab软件进行仿真,结果表明:APF的H∞控制具有较好的稳定品质。The power system has a complex operation condition, so it is almost impossible to gain the exact mathematics model of the system and interference. This paper presents the ultimatum of H∞ robust controller and applies it to the design of active power filter (APF), to reckon the modeling error, parameter and disturbance uncertainty in the precepted design, thus can fabricate the control system with good robust characteristic. In allusion to the directed designed controller always have relatively high rank and lead difficult to carry out in the project, this paper applies balanced model to reduce order and exactly actualize with each single harmonic. This paper designs the H∞ robust controller for APF depending on the mixed sensitivity and reduces the order to simulation on MATLAB. The result indicates that H∞ robust controller has superior dynamic quality and can enable the system with relatively stronger robust character. The most important character of the automatic control system is stability and it is also the basic requirement for the designed controller. Simulation on MATLAB and the results indicate that H∞ robust controller has superior stability.
