摘  要:现代电子信息、环保等新技术正在铲运机上得到越来越多地应用,使铲运机的性能得到很大的提高。介绍了铲运机发动机、传动系、冷却系、悬挂系统、铲斗和铲刀中的新技术以及信息新技术在铲运机上的应用。重点介绍了燃烧废气减除技术(ACERT)在铲运机的发动机中、模块化和双水流方向在冷却系中、氮气-液压缓冲连接装置在悬挂系统中的应用。尤其是燃烧废气减除技术在铲运机发动机上的应用,有效地减少了发动机排放中有害气体的含量,达到了欧美非路面车辆的第Ⅲ阶段环保标准。采用这种技术的发动机被认为是世界上最清洁的新系列发动机。信息新技术可以让驾驶员直观准确地了解机器的作业情况,监测关键部位的性能和作业参数,为机器的维护和保养提供必要的帮助。Modern electronic, information and environment protection technologies are getting more and more applications to scrapers, which makes the machines significantly increased in performances. New technologies in engine, drive system, cooling system, suspension system, bucket and blade as well as application of information technology to scrapers are described in the article. Mainly discussed are new technologies, including ACERT of engine, module and dual water flow in cooling system, nitrogen-hydraulic-damping connection mechanism in suspension system. ACERT, especially, its application to scraper engine effectively reduce harmful gas emission and make the engines compliant with stage Ⅲ environment protection standard of off-road vehicles in Europe and America. Engines with the new technology are considered as the cleanest engines in the world. With information technology, an operator can intuitively and accurately control the work situation of a machine and monitor performance and work parameters of key parts, which are necessary help for maintenance and repair of the machine.
