摘　　要：企业为实现战略目标必须要有相应的组织结构的支持。本文从某国有建筑施工企业的具体情况出发,探讨了企业组织结构调整的必要性,指出了企业组织结构优化的方向,确定了组织结构优化的对策,给出了优化以后的组织结构图以适应企业战略发展的需要。There should be the support of the organizational structure for the enterprises to get the strategic target. This paper not only discussed the necessity of the adjusting of the organizational structure and gave the direction that the organizational structure should be optimized to, but also confirmed the countermeasures of the organizational structure optimizing and gave the optimized organizational structure chart to adapt to the demands of the strategic development in the case of one architecture construction company.
