摘　　要：建筑施工企业是建筑业实现科学发展观的微观主体。ISO14000是环境管理体系国际标准,强调以预防为主,强调从污染的源头消减,强调全过程污染控制,符合可持续发展战略的思想。分析了建筑施工企业推行ISO14000环境管理标准的必要性,并提出了建筑施工企业推行ISO14000环境管理标准的对策,指出建筑施工企业推行ISO14000环境管理标准是一项系统工程,要按照政府引导、市场调节、企业运作的原则来实施。The construction enterprise is microscopic subject in achieving the scientific outlook on development. ISO14000 emphasizes total process control and prevention in the first place in order to achieve the scientific outlook on development. The issue analyses the necessity of carrying out ISO14000 standardization, analyses the corresponding countermeasures, and points out that the implementation of ISO14000 is systemic engineering and will be organized according to government＇s guiding, market rules and enterprise operation.
