摘　　要：中医的发病学说认为,病是机体在正邪相互作用下所产生的特异性病理反应,有一定的发生、发展和传变规律。病因作用于机体,可因人、因时、因地、因治等不同而出现不同的表现形式。证候是证的外在表现,病机为其内在根据。病-证关系表现为:证候=n个类病信息+病机信息+兼症信息;类病信息+病机信息=当前病信息,类病信息决定病名,病机信息决定证型。辨证除了要辨病性、病位等病机信息,还要了解"类病"信息(即基本病理特征)。病机辨证体系即以病机为要素建立的辨证体系。病机十九条以病性和病位充实虚实二纲,奠定了病机辨证的基础。这种以中医理论为指导,以病性为经、以病位为纬建立起来的辨证体系,称为病机辨证体系。以虚实二纲来统领病机辨证体系可以起到执简驭繁的作用。Disease in TCM is a specific pathological reaction resulted from interaction of healthy qi and pathogen. There are pathognostic patterns during happening, developing and transmitting of disease. And different manifestation patterns of disease appear when different etiological factor imposes on body, and would vary because of individual, time, place and treatment. Symptoms and signs are the outside manifestation of syndrome, and pathogenesis is the inside evidence. The relationship of disease - syndrome shows as： syndrome = n x symptoms and signs message ＋ pathogenesis message ＋ other message, symptoms and signs message ＋ pathogenesis message = message of present disease. Symptoms and signs message decides name of disease, and pathogenesis message decides syndrome pattern. When differentiating, doctor should learn the pathogenesis messages such as disease na- ture and pathological site, and at the same time should learn symptoms and signs message. Pathogenesis Differentiation System was set up taking pathogenesis as elements. Nineteen Items of Pathogenesis took disease nature and pathogenesis to replete the two key links of excess and deficiency, and this started the differentiation of pathogenesis. We called it system of pathogenesis differentiation of symptoms and signs, which was guided by TCM theory, longituded by disease nature, and latituded by disease location. Taking the two key links of excess and deficiency to command system of pathogenesis differentiation of symptoms and signs has the function of holding simplicity to take charge of intricacy.
