摘　　要：针对业务流程重组(BPR)在业务流程管理上遇到的问题,分析了全面质量管理(TQM)、6σ与业务流程重组(BPR)集成协同的可行性,提出将TQM和6σ引入到BPR中,构建了以流程为导向的、集成协同的业务流程管理模型,从企业整体利益的高度规范业务流程重组活动,确保了开展业务流程管理时对企业战略愿景自下而上的支持性。Aims at problems of Business Process Reengineering（BPR） in business process management, analyses feasibility that Total Quality Management（ TQM ） and Six Sigma can be integrated with BPR, suggests introducing TQM and Six Sigma into BPR, builds a process-orlented integrated model of business process management, standardizes business process reengineering from the overall interests of the enterprises,ensures that business process management always supports enterprise strategy and vision.
