摘　　要：为顺利纺制圣麻Coolplus混纺纱,根据圣麻、Coolplus纤维的特性及成纱质量要求,原料采用包混,三道并条确保纤维混和均匀,粗纱捻系数偏大掌握,细纱钢丝圈重量比纺棉时稍重。实践表明,通过优化配置各工序工艺参数及采取技术措施,成纱质量达到技术要求。To spin Shengma Coolplus blended yarn successfully, bale blending was adopted for raw material according to the property of Shengma Coolplus and finish yarn quality demands. Three times drawing could insure fibre blended evenly roving twist factor should be larger, ring traveler should be heavier than spinning cotton, The practice shows that yarn quality could reach technology demands through optimizing each processing parameter and adopting prop- er technology measures.
