摘  要:由某钢铁集团公司焦化废水池的活性污泥中筛选驯化出降酚菌株,并经紫外诱变得到一株高效降酚菌Y5。结果表明,该菌48h可使浓度为2000mg/L的苯酚溶液降解到47.70mg/L,降解率达97.61%,同时COD去除率为93.77%。该菌株最适降酚条件为温度25~35℃,pH6.5~7.5,并且降酚率随接菌量及通气量的增加而明显提高。Some phenol-degrading germs have been bred from activated sludge of the wasterwater treatment facility of a Iron-Steel Group Company. A effective phenol-degrading bacterium ( named Y5 ) has been bred by used the method of uviolized induced mutation. The results show that the Y5 can degrade phenol to 47.70 mg/L at concentration of 2 000 mg/L in 48 h and the degradation rate of phenol is 97.61%. Removal rate of COD is 93.77%. This test shows that the condign phenol-degrading conditions are 25 -35℃ and pH 6.5 -7.5. And the degradation rate of phenol is evidently improved with the amount of bacterium and aeration.
