苯酚硝化产物的极谱研究

摘　　要：苯酚与硝酸在亚硝酸钠的催化作用下发生反应。其硝化产物于碱性介质中在导数示波极谱仪上可观察到一灵敏的吸附还原波。峰电位为－０．２３Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）。其峰高与浓度在１．００×１０－７～５．００×１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内呈线性关系。检测下限为３．００×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。大多数金属离子和无机阴离子不干扰测定。本方法应用于废水中苯酚含量的测定，与其它方法测定结果相一致。并对反应产物在滴汞电极表面的吸附行为和电极反应机理进行讨论。Phenol can react with nitric acid when catalyzed by sodium nitrite.A sensitive peak ourrent of nitration product can be obtained in basic medium.The peak potential is -0.23V( vs .SCE).The peak height is proportional to the concentration of phenol over the range of 1.00×10 -7 mol/L ～5 00×10 -4 mol/L.The detection limit is 3.00×10 -8 mol/L.The method has been applied to determine trace amounts of phenol in water samples and the results conform to those by spectrophotometry.The behavior of polaroraphic wave was studied and the mechanism of electrode reaction was explored.
