摘　　要：肾上腺素与亚硝酸钠在中性介质中发生反应，其亚硝化衍生物具有良好的电活性。在ｐＨ９．２０的Ｂ．Ｒ．缓冲溶液中，于－０．４２Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）产生可逆极谱还原峰，峰电流与肾上腺素浓度在０．０５～１．５ｍｇ／Ｌ范围有良好的线性关系，检测下限为０．０２５ｍｇ／Ｌ。用此法测定肾上腺素针剂，结果满意。Epinephrine reacts with sodium nitrite in neutral medium.The nitrosation product shows good electroactivity in B.R.(pH 9 20) buffer solution.A well defined reduction peak is observed at -0.42V ( vs .SCE).The peak current is proportional to the concentration of epinephrine in the range of 0.05～1 5mg/L,and the detection limit is 0.025mg/L.The method has been applied to the determination of epinephrine injection with satisfactory results.
