中西医结合治疗缺血性脑血管病急性期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗缺血性脑血管病急性期的疗效。方法:40例随机分为两组各20例,两组均用西医常规治疗,治疗组加用偏瘫复元合剂治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率75%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗缺血性脑血管病急性期疗效确切。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on ischemie eerebrovascular disease in acute stage treated by combination of TCM and western medicine. Method ： 40 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, each 20. Both groups received roufinely clinical treatment of western medicine. The study group was treated with PTFY mixture additionally. Result： The total effective rate of the study group is 95% while that of the control group is 75%. There is significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： It＇s reliable that the therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and westem medicine on ischemic cerebrovas- cular disease in acute stage.
