摘　　要：目的了解神经内科护士的心理卫生状况,促进其身心健康。方法采用SCL-90量表测量98名神经内科护士的心理卫生状况,并与常模做比较。结果神经内科护士的SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性条目数、阳性均分、部分因子分高于全国常模(p<0.05),不同文化程度、不同职称护士在躯体化、抑郁和焦虑因子上得分有差异(p<0.05)。结论神经内科护士的心理健康状况水平明显低于正常人群,其心理健康应得到关注。Objective： To find out the psycho-health status of nurses in neurology ward, in order to promote their physical and mental health. Methods： 98 nurses in neurology ward were measured by SCL-90. The scores were compared with the norm of SCL-90. Results： The total scores, con-mean scores, total positive items, the scores of positive items and scores of some items were higher than the norm（p〈0.05）.There were some difference in scores of somatization, depression and anxiety factor（p〈0.05）,due to the nurses＇ different education background and the title of a technical post. Conclusions： The psycho-health status of nurses in neurology ward was worse than that of the normal people. More attention should be paid to them.
