急性脑梗死与超敏C-反应蛋白相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs—CRP）水平的变化及其与脑梗死严重程度的关系。方法测定120例急性脑梗死患者和90例健康者血清hs—CRP的含量，按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准对患者进行评分，分组比较。结果脑梗死组血清CRP水平明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01）。脑梗死轻、中、重型患者血清hs-CRP水平差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血清hs—CRP水平增高与脑梗死的发生和严重程度有密切关系。Objective To investigate the changes of the serum level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its relationship to the severity of cerebral infarction. Methods The serum level of hs-CRP in 120 patients and 90 healthy was determined. All the patients were scored by the degree of neurological deficit scale（NDS） ,and compared in groups. Results The serum level of hs-CRP in patient was significantly higher than that in normal controls（ P 〈 0.01 ） and it was significantly higher in the serious groupthan in the middle and mild groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The serum level of hs-CRP is closely correlated with the severity of cerebral infarction.
