民营企业投资东盟:发展趋势与促进对策

摘　　要：随着经济全球化进程的深入和我国经济水平的提升，近年来我国企业对外投资的规模和领域迅速扩张。截至2006年底，中国累计对外直接投资达到733．3亿美元，对外投资已从一般出口贸易、餐饮和简单加工扩大到营销网络、航运物流、资源开发、生产制造和设计研发等众多领域。与此同时，投资地和投资主体多元化趋势日益凸显，就投资区域而言：从欧美、中国港澳等发达国家和地区，拓展到亚太、非洲、拉美等160多个国家和地区；In the recent years, civil enterprises have grown into the important principal body. Viewing trom the developing trend, with the further establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, the investing situation for ASEAN nations gets better, the system and safeguard of investment to ASEAN gets healthier. On the base of which if we make use of the associating role of ASEAN oversea Chinese businessmen, the bridge and platform function of Great Mekong sub-regional cooperation, Pan-Tonkin-Gulf regional economic cooperation and China- ASEAN expo, the anticipation of investment from civil enterprises to ASEAN will get more steady. Hence, in one hand, the civil enterprises are asked to quicken the making and perfecting the investing strategy; in the other hand, the corresponding wholesome external supporting system must be set up.
