关于我国职业足球教练员岗位培训理论内容的初步研究

摘　　要：运用问卷调查法,对我国职业足球教练员岗位培训的理论培训内容进行了全面深入的调查,结果显示:我国职业足球教练员岗位培训的理论培训内容主要包括八个方面的知识,其中足球训练和比赛专业知识、足球基础理论知识是最急需的核心内容,法律知识、运动人体科学知识、工具性知识是比较重要的内容,而社会交往知识、管理学知识、哲学知识是比较次要的内容。In this article, questionnaire is employed to conduct an in -depth and comprehensive investigation into the theory lesson of the profession training for our professional football coaches . Research findings indicate that the theory lesson of the position training for our professional football coaches contains knowledge of eight major aspects, among which the essential and indispensable part is professional knowledge of football training and matches and the basic theoretical knowledge of football, the comparatively important part is legal knowledge, sports human body science knowledge and instrumental knowledge, while the less important part is knowledge of sociability, management science, and philosophy.
