浅析电子商务下逆向物流管理

摘　　要：随着电子商务优势的凸现，以及人们环保意识的增强，逆向物流的经济价值逐步得以显现，在电子商务环境下实现逆向物流有效管理成为了各企业研究的重点。本文提出了电子商务和逆向物流的基本定义和形式，讨论了在电子商务下逆向物流存在的主要问题，结合零售业，探讨在电子商务下这类企业该如何进行逆向物流的一些管理措施。With the E-Commerce developing, people had built up the environmental protection consciousness, and the economic value of the Reverse Logistics can present gradually, carrying out the point which the Reverse Logistics manages to make each business enterprise to study effectively. Thesis firstly defines the meanings and forms of E- Commerce and Reverse logistics, Secondly, It discusses the main problem about the Reverse Logistics under E- Commerce. Following, It combines with retail trade to put forward this type of business enterprise on how to carry on some management measures of the Reverse Logistics under the E-Commerce.
