高职院校团组织工作职能的几点思考

摘　　要：高职院校团组织的职能有别于普通高校团组织及其他系统同级团组织。它的职能是把思想政治继续教育融入职业态度的培养中，结合高职教育的培养目标，为党的事业，多形式、多途径地教育，团结和带领高职学生服务高职教育。The function of the high vocational school league is different from others, whose function is putting politics into professional attitude, combining with the aim of higher education, uniting and leading the students to work for the high vocational education by diversiform teaching.
