摘　　要：科研管理人员是执行科研管理职能的主体,科研管理人员的综合素质可以影响医院的科研管理水平。只有提高医院科研管理人员的综合素质,才能增强医院科研管理的服务水平,提高医院整体的科研水平。医院科研管理人员的综合素质应该包括:丰富的科研管理知识和一定的专业知识;熟悉科技法规和政策以及涉及医学研究的特殊规章制度;娴熟的组织协调能力;敏感的信息获取和分析能力;有为临床科研主动服务的意识。Scientific research managers are the dominant group of people with execution function of scientific research management, whose comprehensive quality influences the level of scientific research management. To improve the level of research management service and the general level of scientific research in hospitals, it should improve the comprehensive quality of scientific research managers, which includes： rich knowledge in scientific research management and some specialized knowledge; being familiar with scientific laws, policies and scientific research related regulations; excellent ability of organization and coordination ; sensitivity in information acquisition and analysis and, consciousness of active service for clinical research.
