摘　　要：婚前医学检查属于公共卫生的一部分,其公共利益性质要求国家、公民都要承担起婚前医学检查义务。我国《婚姻登记条例》取消了公民婚前必须婚检的规定,实行自愿婚前医学检查。从当前实行的情况看,对婚前医学检查工作的开展没有产生积极影响。婚前医学检查涉及公民的人身自由权利,但公民的人身自由权利不是无限度的。在涉及国家、社会的公共利益时,公民应当以公共利益为重,个人意愿服从公共利益,自觉实行婚前医学检查。Premarital medical examination is part of public health, which is the obligation of both the nation and its citizens because of its public welfare, Compulsory premarital medical examination is abolished in Marriage Registration Regulation in China, which means people can voluntarily decide to take it or not before marriage, Actually, this abolishment has no positive effect on the work of premarital medical examination, It is people＇s right to have premarital medical examination voluntarily, but their rights is not endless, Consciously premarital medical examination is required under the principle of subordination of individual interest to public interests, when the general well being may be potentially influenced.
