摘　　要：目的了解乳腺癌病人实施单病种限价收费情况,为医疗改革提供依据。方法我院2006年6月至2007年10月收治的乳腺癌手术病人,按照不同的住院费用支付方式分为医保组(限价收费)和非医保组,进行住院费用调查与分析。结果医保组单病种限价收费的病人平均住院日、等候手术时间、人均住院费用及日均住院费用均低于非医保组,病人满意度高于非医保组,差异均具有统计学意义。结论乳腺癌病人实施单病种限价收费有利于医疗改革。Objective To investigate the application and effect of Limited Price Charge for Single Disease in surgical patients with breast cancer, and thereby to provide evidence for medical reform. Method The surgical patients with breast cancer from Jun 2006 to Oct 2007 were divided into Limited Price Charge for Single Disease group （the experimental group） and none medical insurance group（ control group）, and the hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the average hospitalization days,waiting time for operations,the expenses for per - person and per - day were all significantly lower in the group with Limited Price Charge for Single Disease. Conclusion The practice of Limited Price Charge for Single Disease in surgical patients with breast cancer is proved to be beneficial for medical reform.
