超声引导下皮维碘硬化治疗肝囊肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺抽吸、皮维碘硬化在肝囊肿治疗中的价值。方法对32例有临床症状,行超声引导下经皮穿刺抽吸、皮维碘硬化治疗的肝囊肿患者随访观察9个月-4年,平均27个月,评价疗效。结果治疗后所有患者临床症状缓解,无一例出现并发症,其中效果优者17例（72.8%）,良9例（20.6%）,中4例（4%）,差2例（2%）,有效率达96.8%。结论超声引导下对肝囊肿穿刺抽吸、皮维碘硬化治疗是一种安全、有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound guided aspiration and sclerotherapy with povidone-iodine for the treatment of symptomatic hepatic cysts.Methods 32 cases with symptomatic hepatic cysts treated with ultrasound guided aspiration and sclerotherapy with 10%povidone-iodine in our department were reviewed.Results No immediate or late complications were encountered in any of the cases.All the patients were relieved of their symptoms after treatment and remained symptom free during a mean of follow-up of 2 years and 3 months.The curative effect was 96.8%,with excellent in 23 cases,good 6,fair 2 and poor in 1 case.Conclusion Ultrasound guided aspiration and sclerotherapy with 10%povidone-iodine is a safe,effective method for the treatment of symptomatic hepatic cysts.
