摘　　要：文章在系统分析的基础上提出我国中小化工企业发展策略:开展技术创新,提高企业核心竞争力;加大环保和安全投入,树立企业形象;推行科学管理,健全约束激励机制;加快信息化建设步伐。并为我国中小化工企业的产业政策提出了几点建议。Based on synthetically analyzing, the developing strategy for China＇s small and medium-sized chemical enterprises is put forward as follows： firstly, to carry out technology innovation for improving core competence of enterprises; secondly, to aggrandize investment of environment protection and safety for building up enterprises image; thirdly, to push on scientific management and perfect the mechanism of restriction and stimulation; lastly, to quicken step of informatization construction. Then suggestions for the industrial policies of China＇ s chemical enterprises are presented.
