摘　　要：在微波辅助下,以廉价的腺苷为原料,经6步反应,以较高产率合成了具有重要生理活性的阿糖腺苷.所有的中间产物和目标产物均经1H NMR和元素分析确证.With the assistance of microwave irradiation, vidarabine is afforded in high yields through 6 steps, starting with adenosine, which can be obtained cheaply and conveniently. The structures of intermediates and the desired product are confirmed by 1 H NMR and elemental analysis.
