摘  要:采用稀释平板法从鸡粪堆肥中分离出8株高温细菌,通过初筛实验筛选出具有除臭潜力的3株高温菌,在室内堆肥实验中,测定了供试菌株的除臭保氮效果.结果表明:在最佳堆肥配方下,单一菌剂中,B3对氨气产生抑制效果最好,抑制率达48.91%;复合菌剂接种量为8%时效果最优,可抑制氨气挥发量达58.11%,因此,复合菌剂在鸡粪堆肥发酵中具有很好的除臭保氮作用.Eight thermophilic bacteria were isolated from the chicken manure compost by pour plate method, and 3 bacterial strains, which had high efficient odor reducing and inhibition of nitrogen losing ability, were screened. Their odor reducing ability and NH3 losses bating ability were determined, the results showed that, when inoculating B3 into the chicken manure compost, the volatilizing amount of NH3 was decreased 48.91% ; however, when inoculating the mixture of 3 bacteria into the chicken manure com- post, i. e. imitating the environment of conventional compost, the amount of NH3 loss was decreased 58.11%, compared with the normal fermentation process. Therefore, these 3 thermophilic bacteria has good applying prospect for Chicken manure fermentation.
