摘　　要：敏捷制造模式已成为现代制造业的发展战略。但是企业存在于一定的环境之中,它的发展必然受到社会环境的制约和影响,而实施敏捷制造对环境提出了更高的要求。所以本文重点分析影响企业敏捷制造的社会环境因素、技术基础以及如何营造有利于企业敏捷制造的社会环境、提供良好的技术基础。Agile manufacture model has become the developing stragegy of modem manufacturing industry. Industry can not be seperated from its environment and its development can be inevitably restricted and influnenced by its social environment. Agile manufaturing also asks much of environment. This paper mainly analyzes the social environment factors that influences industry＇ s Agile manufacture and how to create social environment that is favourable to Agile manufacturing.
