摘　　要：本文系统地论述了王国维的美学思想。王国维的美学思想可分为两大部分:一是对美的性质及范畴的论述。他不仅介绍西方的美学范畴,更论述中国古有的美学范畴,如古雅、嗜好等。二是对中国文学的美学批评。他批评中国的诗词而论述意境范畴;他批评小说《红楼梦》而论述悲剧。This article systematically expounds the atheistic thought of Wang Guowei, which falls into two parts. One is the exposition of the nature and categories of beauty. He introduced not only the Western categories of aesthetics, but also those in ancient China, such as classical elegance and habit. The other part is his atheistic criticism of Chinese literature. In this regard, he criticized chinese poems but discussed literary mood; he criticized the novel, The Dream of a Red Mansion, but expounds the tragedy.
