屋面保温板防水及防裂的研究

摘　　要：屋面保温防水板集保温隔热与防水为一体,在屋面保温板中加入防水剂、憎水剂,使该板同时具有保温隔热与防水的性能,该保温板密度567kg/m3、导热系数0.10W(/m·K)、抗压强度1.72MPa,在0.02MPa下20d不透水。分析了刚性保温防水板裂缝的成因及施工时应采取的措施。Thermal insulation roof board integrates thermal insulation with waterproof. Waterproof agent and water-repellent admixture are added into the thermal insulation roof board to make the board have performance of thermal insulation and waterproof. It has a density of 567 Kg/m3, heat transfer coefficient of 0.10 W/（m ·K）,coropressive strength of 1.7：2 MPa, and is waterproof for 20 d under the pressure of 0.02 MPa. The reasons of crack in rigid waterproof and thermal insulation roof boards are analyzed and the measures to be taken in construction are proposed.
